Bastards.

Yesterday, the moods at work were better (and even though not towards all, I'd sadly had a hard enough week prior that it was every man for himself). The day started sunny, and I sneaked in a quick walk with Chris and Stacia while it was still warm (though not sunny anymore). Left early to go visit Amanda’s ADORABLE new baby twins, and worked out with Dino (can you say squats?). Baseball at 6 at the buggy and freezing Elks field- in a down vest and winter hat and yes, it was June 1. Really, you would think that the SNOW storm the night before might have killed the bugs. But, no. And while at this game, we learned– and then saw first hand– that the other town divides their teams up with one good team and then one team of whoever is left over. (Our town tries to divide up into 3 evenly talented teams.) It is very sad to watch a bunch of little boys who just are not good at baseball get beaten by our team 21-0. Very sad. Heartbreaking. Makes me hates sports and coaches kind of sad. Who are these people that so want their town to win the Championship that they are willing to sacrifice the little hearts of 8-10 year olds? Bastards, that’s who they are. Yup.

I would looooooooooooooooove to win this treat:
