And It's Monday again.

After 3 days off, I'm back to work for a little catch up, although the building is closed. Generally speaking, that's usually for the best.

Will be leaving promptly at 4 to pick up my Boy at school. Thinking about Bittman's Polenta with Parmesan and Sausage for dinner, and getting ready some Bittman Ginger Fried Rice for pre-Harlem Globetrotters tomorrow night. Wednesday night is Homenight for Big, so maybe Little and I can skate. Thursday remains open at this point, then Friday I think I will go with Little's class to ski at Van Ho. That will possibly be the only day of the weekend that I am home since Saturday the boys have Gore day, then to Motsiffs for a birthday celebration, and Sunday Big will go to Burlington with school to see a friend who's out with a broken leg. (And I volunteered to help chaperone though I haven't heard back yet.)

Tonight I also need to finish my writing piece for my fiction class. I enjoy writing, and am very glad that I took this class. I hope I can keep writing after the class ends. And I am glad to learn that reading is the best homework for writing.

Only 5 more weeks till we leave on vacation. Kind of can't believe how fast this winter went. And still we've had no storms :(

Friday felt just like spring, and it really felt like spring on the farm, where the Farm Notes spoke of berries and melons and greens and Things to Come. MMMMMMM. I was giddy just reading about it.
