Well, it surely has been a long time since I have blogged one word.
Hmmmmm.
It ‘s been a good 5 weeks, all in all. Vacation, at 2.5 weeks, felt very, very long, and though it was fun, it was fun to get home (the sign of a good vacation?). Germany was great, and so worth doing, because truly since Colleen was in meetings until 6 each night, I was on my own and exploring all the day long and covered a ton of ground. We came home refreshed and ready and happily greeted by all who had missed us, and it’s a good thing, because we are now in the middle of baseball/swimming/drama club production/first communions/orthodontist/dog ACL surgery/PTO carnival/Masons/Cinco de Mayo/trips to NYC/memorial service/family portrait/spring cleaning/putting away winter and out-grown clothes/thinking about how I don’t have time for a garden/opening the pool/planning a bridal shower and generally getting ready for summer.
No wonder I collapsed on the couch at 4 yesterday and only got up to go for a walk and eat some Apple Jacks before collapsing again.
