HOLY Hannah!

We are on the 8 day countdown till election '09. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, regardless of the outcome. Last week was living hell. I felt emotionally exhausted by Tuesday morning. I am not letting that happen to me again this week. Nope, not gonna go there.

I made some DELISH Barefoot White Pizza with Lemon Arugula last week, and then an outstanding spinach salad last night - nuts, cranberries, goat cheese, red onion and Sheryl's red wine vinagrette. Could have eaten myself sick on it! May have that again tonight with chicken on it.

We are just wrapping up the last morning of Big's 2 weeks of barn chores. We will all be glad to have the shorter school days, although it is such a growth experience. These days turn out to be about 11 hours long while he is on barn at school!
