Also trying to refocus on Weight Watchers. Started 3 plus weeks ago- and lost 5 pounds week one-- now just trying to hang onto that loss and not gain. Looking forward to vacation as a time for more thoughtful exercise and eating. Invested a bit of time this morning in a 2.5 mile walk, and the making of a kohlrabi and carrot vinagrette salad-- also hope to run 3 miles when the sun comes out. Breakfast was an whole wheat English muffin, 1.5 scrambled eggs and a slice of Canadian bacon with coffee. Now munching on a grapefruit.
I think most food bloggers are using slightly better camera equipment and lighting. HA.
