November 7, 2010- I cross the finish line of the NYC, exuberant, enegergized and joyful.
Enter celebrations, holidays, vacations, and no set work out schedule (which is not to say I did nothing, but you know what I mean.)
January 5, 2011- None of my clothes fit. I feel nasty and bloated. In addition to ramping up to officially training for a June 25, 2011 triathlon, and committing to do yoga 100 time in the next 365 days, I purchase Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.
It's an all-out attack on my own body.
Here we go.
