...a Friday in a week that has included intestinal flu (Little) and intersession workshop courses (Big). The flu seems to have come and gone, though sources tell me it comes back here and there in mean ways, unlike the traditional 24 hour virus. And intersession included Stagecraft/Set Building for the spring "Alice" production and Moccassin/Snowshoe Building. After Tuesday, Big is off on a well-deserved spring break until 3/28- I will keep in mind this break, however, that the sudden decline in physical activity, so much a part of his curriculum and school day, over Christmas break, did not bode well for his mood. So we shall aim to address that daily. Ahem. Lest his mother should kill him. Pre-teens are really something.
Tonight I am meeting Sheryl for dinner and movie for her birthday- we toyed with going to the big theater to see "Alice" but decided that we ram around enough and perhaps should just enjoy dinner in town and a 2D Alice. May have some friends I never see over in the am for tea (as I told them I found a delish new kind) and then will meet Sheryl for afternoon skiing, 4pm Mass and a 6pm Pampered Chef party. Sunday will bring a 9 mile run and a long drive to have a good breakfast with a great friend who has moved entirely too far away. All in all, I make lovely plans for myself, you must agree.
