It felt soooooooooooooooo good to be back to swimming....ventured up to the Plattsburgh Y and put in a mile in 42 minutes. Cardio felt delicious. It's been since September 30! Hit Target first and grabbed a few random things.
I was so nervous to swim again- new pool, wasn't sure if I still could (?), wasn't sure if knee would feel okay. It feels a bit thick now, but all in all, it was a great, great feeling when I was done. Hoping to do it every Sunday and also Tuesdays when the pool opens up at NCCC.
Amie and Brad's shower was today- at Lisa G's. She is so ready to be done with pregnancy...with seven weeks left to go- God bless her!
Today was beautiful and sunny-- would have been a grand day to be outside. Next year. :(
